HOW WE ASSESS

Depending on the project objectives, we start from the competencies and skills to be assessed and we match the behavioral descriptors of client’s competencies with BrainPerform competencies.

The assessment with BrainPerform takes place on-line, over a secured-server. The web interface allows also partial administration inside client’s company, allowing to define Job Profiles and generate various assessment reports (Job Matching Report, Training Needs Analysis, Executive Management Report).

BrainPerform can be used on its own (as singular assessment tool) or integrated within a complex Assessment Centre procedure. When coupled with other Assessment Centre tools (e.g. In-Tray, Analysis Presentation, Role-Play, Fact-Finding), BrainPerform can point out and facilitate understanding for the skills and behaviors observed during the assessment.
