Stelian MARIAN - Managing Director

Mr. Marian has an extensive experience (+13 years) in human resources management, operations, business process improvement and neuromarketing research, working for companies from different business areas (i.e. banking, telecommunications, consulting).

He has worked in a variety of settings (The Netherlands, UK, Austria, South Africa, and Ukraine) and gained his consulting experience by coordinating major projects for clients both from private and public sector.

His education includes a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. degree in Organizational Psychology with “Babes-Bolyai” University as well as special training courses in business management and human resources with Cornell University. He also holds an Executive MBA degree with London Business School.

Cristina CHISALITA – Consultancy Manager, Amsterdam office

Mrs. Chisalita has specialized in organizational assessment (with a special focus on organizational culture) and development programs. She has an extensive experience (+ 10 years) in running consulting projects in different settings (Romania, Netherlands) in private as well as governmental organizations.

Her formal education includes a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. degree in Organizational Psychology at “Babes-Bolyai" University and a Ph.D. in Ergonomics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Dragos CIRNECI – Senior Consultant, Head of Brain Science Research Institute

Mr. Cîrneci has specialized in Behavioural Neurosciences with applications in neuromarketing, neuroeconomics and management assessment. He has built a solid experience in applying various assessment and research tools (PET, EEG, SHL, BrainPerform, focus groups, etc.) and integrating the results into actionable improvement opportunities.

Mr. Cirneci has been working for more than 14 years both in applied research and consulting, working for various organizations from public and private sector (Institute for Social Sciences of Romanian Academy, “Babeş-Bolyai” University, Brain Physiology Department’s of Institute of Normal and Pathological Physiology from Bratislava, Slovak Academy of Sciences).

His formal education includes a B.A degree, an M.A. degree and a PhD degree in Psychology/Neuroscience at “Babeş-Bolyai” University.

Adelina FRONEA – Business Development Manager

Ms. Fronea has 10 years experience in sales and business development. She worked in FMCG, production, IT and telecom for multinational companies as well as for Romanian companies. She generated and coordinated projects for clients from various industries both from private and public sector.
Her education includes a B.A. in Psychology- Pedagogy with Bucharest University and a Master degree in Human Behavior with l’Ecole Européenne de Psychothérapie Socio- et Somato- Analytique. She also got certified as Coach with Romanian Association for Coaching and obtained an additional certification in Process Communication Management.

Anca DANCIU – Junior Consultant

Ms. Danciu has 3 years experience in human resources, especially in the area of recruiting and psychological evaluation.
She has a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. degree in Human Resources Management and Development at Transilvania University from Brasov and has completed a training course in Coaching and Mentoring. She also attended specialized training courses in Experiential counseling at SPER School in Bucharest and Brasov.

Corina ANGHEL – Junior Consultant

Ms. Anghel has 3 years experience in human resources and project management, coordinating various projects and events. She has worked for companies from private sector as well as NGOs.

Her education includes a B.A. in Economic Management with The Academy of Economic Studies and a B.A. in Organizational Psychology with Bucharest University.  She also attended specialized trainings in human resources and learning & development.
